Heartland’s volunteer attorneys can provide assistance for a variety of cases, including divorce, custody, visitation, adult & child guardianships, immigration, estate planning, small estate administration, landlord/tenant, debt collection (defense only), foreclosure (defense only), and bankruptcy.
